Though the painting has not come out better than my previous attempt..
Bhaktha meera has been one of my favourite characters - a mindless devotee to Krishna....Someday will attempt an oil painting of her..

Killing Mother's precious ceramics

I found some ceramic plates stashed away "safely" by my mother, which had no use other than wasting the storage space which we were short of.... So my imagination started working on finding a correct use for it.... I used a black liner for outlining and glass painting colours for filling. The script was a little shorter in length than i had imagined it to be, so it looks a bit lopsided, but it seems to add a different look. It turned out pretty neater than what i had imagined. Wanted to start with a simple one (am no great artist)... Now 3 more to go...

I always wanted to start my own blog and share all the artistic, inspiring and colourful things from my life that makes me cheerful. Given my stretched break from career was born "Colourful Musings".
